Welcome to C3 K9 Solutions! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in our dog training program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer private lessons, board and train, and group classes. Training methods are humane and reward-based. Results may vary depending on each dog's temperament, history, and owner consistency. Services are accessible via our website https://c3k9solutions.dogtrainingprogram.co/home
3. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old. Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses.
4. Client Responsibilities
Follow trainer instructions during and between sessions.
Ensure your dog is safely controlled on-leash unless instructed otherwise.
Notify the trainer of any behavioral concerns or health issues before sessions.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full before the first session/upon booking. Payment is processed through third-party platforms, including Stripe.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted only in cases of medical issues or relocation, at the sole discretion of C3 K9 Solutions, LLC.
8. Liability Waiver
You agree that C3 K9 Solutions, LLC is not liable for:
- Any injury or damage to persons, pets, or property during training.
- The behavior of your dog outside of training sessions.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if the dog or handler poses a safety risk or is not a good fit for the program.
10. Change to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
